Thanks to our speedy, driven, high-quality operations team, Lessley's system installation went exactly according to plan and was completed just one week after contract finalization! SameDay aims to install our systems within this one week time period, with PTO approval from the utility arriving within one month post-install.
This timeline is practically unheard of in the residential solar industry. In California, the average project "takes about 2-3 months from consultation to activation", according to an article written by Ki Song at SolarInsure (April 2024). Nationwide, timelines can take much longer - even up to over a year!
PTO approval for Lessley's system was authorized two months post-install, which is well within the industry standard, but does fall short of our one-month SameDay Promise.
